Information on processing of personal data under art. 13 Reg. 2016/679/UE

On the website there is a contact form to send messages to the controller, who collects personal contact details through the e-mail address indicated in one of the mandatory fields of the form.

Purposes of data processing
Data collected with the agreement of the data subject will be used for the following purposes:
- communicating past the original request submitted through the website
- sending marketing information, offers and promotions.
Method of processing
Personal data are processed by telematic devices, following all security measures in order to guarantee the privacy and to prevent non-authorized access. The controller do not use automated processes, including profiling, to fulfill the purposes of the data collection.
Legal basis
Data are processed with the agreement of the subject.
Agreement and refusal
The refusal to communicate personal data for the handling of the request will deny the transmission of the request; the refusal to communicate personal data for marketing purposes will deny the receipt of future communications, promotions or offers.
Data transmission
We do not communicate the personal data to third party States outside of the EU, nor we share it (on social networks, websites, etc.).
Period of data retention
The controller will only retain personal data as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in section a) and until withdrawal of consent for the purposes in section b).
Rights of the data subject
The subject can request to the controller access to their personal data, its adjustment, cancellation or limitation of the data processing; they have the right to refuse data processing and to ask for the data to be transferred.
The request can be sent via e-mail or registered mail, along with an ID of the applicant and a valid e-mail address/certified e-mail to send feedback to.
If a subject believes that a data processing operation is violating their rights, as envisaged by the regulation, they have the right to complain to the relevant authority in the member State where they live, work or where the violation occurred.
